The full-size kitchen is well-stocked and includes spices, condiments, pots, and pans for your cooking convenience. An in-unit washer and dryer are available with the essential supplies. One dedicated parking spot is available in the garage, with space for another vehicle right behind it. Street parking is also available in the summer months.

Convenience and security are paramount, with smart locks granting easy access to the house. Guests have access to the full townhouse and the attached one-car garage. The driveway off the garage provides room for a second vehicle.
